Shane & Michael | Horticultural Hall Wedding

If I had to describe Shane and Michael’s Horticultural Hall wedding in one word, the word would be: JOY. So much freaking joy.

Shane and Michael fit each other so perfectly. They’re puzzle pieces personified. Shane brings out Michael’s calm, while Michael brings out Shane’s energy. The balance between them is so pure and it’s a joy to witness.

Shane and Michael celebrated their wedding with all of their favorite people. They had all of their siblings stand next to them during the ceremony, along with a few friends turned family. Shane and Michael have lived in different places around the States, so they’ve been able to add a lot of amazing people to their crew along the way. And it’s no doubt because of their great, joyful personalities.

Their ceremony was full of emotion…all the emotions. There were tears, there was laughter, and, of course, pure joy. Then, the party began…and it was a good one. Endless shots, stories ranging from emotional to hilarious, and a ton, I mean A TON, of dancing.

Weddings like this, that bring joy to everyone involved, are the highlights of my career. I feel so lucky to have been a part, even a small part, of Shane and Michael’s Horticultural Hall wedding.
